Privacy policy
Effective October 21, 2026.
PremierCut does not collect, share or sell any personal data. The app has no account, no analytics, no advertising and makes no network requests of its own. Your videos, photos, audio and projects stay on your device.
What the app can access
- Photo library: to import the videos and photos you choose and to save finished videos. Access stays on your device.
- Files: audio and media you pick from the Files app are copied into the app's own storage on your device.
- Microphone: only while you record a voiceover.
- Speech recognition: only when you ask for automatic captions. Recognition is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy policy; PremierCut does not send your audio or the resulting text to any server.
Data stored on your device
Projects, imported copies of media, caches and settings are stored inside the app on your device. Deleting the app removes them.
Diagnostics
If you share app analytics or crash reports with developers in your device settings or through TestFlight, Apple may provide anonymous diagnostics to the developer. PremierCut itself does not send any.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
